Are the STMT Kits limited edition?
Yup, every STMT Kit is limited edition. However, edition numbers vary from kit to kit.
How do I order a kit?
From the drop-down menu at the top of each product page, select which type of purchase you'd like to make — Single Kit (1 kit), Quarterly Subscription (3 kits over 3 consecutive months), Semester Subscription (6 kits over 6 consecutive months) or Yearly Subscription (12 kits over 12 consecutive months). Click "Add to Cart", and you're on your way. Need more help? Shoot us an email at email@example.com.
(Psst! Insider tip — as a Yearly Subscriber, you'll get first dibs on colors, we'll ship your kit in the first batch that leaves our office, and you'll periodically receive bonus items throughout the year. Why don't you offer a monthly subscription service that automatically renews every month?
Each STMT Kit varies in edition size, and each edition size is dependent on the number of goods we secure during the sourcing trip. This means that, on any given month, the number of monthly subscribers could be larger than the number of available kits. And that would leave some subscribers without the goods — something we're not down with. We're holding off on automatic monthly subscriptions until we are 100% confident that we can guarantee a kit to each subscriber.
Can I get back issues of an STMT Kit?
Yup, but if you REALLY want it, don't wait — back issues of an STMT Kit are available only as long as inventory lasts. We don't make new issues once the month is closed. Each back issue kit is $21 and can be viewed from the In Stock Page.
What do I do if the kit I want is sold out?
Bummer. That really sucks, we're sorry. Since the kits are limited edition, this does happen. Why not email us at and tell us which kit you missed out on? We'll do our best to create a kit from that country for the next twelve-month cycle.
POST IT, PEOPLEHow much do you charge for shipping?
For domestic orders, a flat fee of $7 per kit covers shipping and handling. Buying multiple Single Kits at once? Buying more than one Rad Bag? We can ship 'em in one package to save you some dough. Shoot an email to email@example.com.
Yes! I just placed an order! When can I expect my kit to arrive?
Hi-five! Each kit is packed with a lot of love and shipped via USPS. Our goal is to ship each kit within 3 days of order, but during busy periods it may take a little longer for us to get your kit perfectly wrapped and ready to go. If we happen to be out of the country when you place your order, we'll ship it as soon as possible when we get back to RAH headquarters.
Can I order an STMT Kit from an international location?
Absolutely – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm shipping costs and delivery window. Shoot us an email and we'll do everything we can to provide the best possible shipping solution. If applicable, you are responsible for any customs tariffs and fees, which may include excise duty, customs duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees.
Whoaaa – is your shopping cart broken or is the listed shipping fee for my Yearly Subscription accurate?
Yup, that's correct. Because kits in Quarterly and Yearly Subscriptions are shipped each and every month, your subscription total includes ALL future shipping charges. If you order a Quarterly Subscription, your shipping fee includes three months of shipping – a Yearly Subscription includes twelve months of shipping.
My STMT Kit was sent back to RAH headquarters because my address was incorrect. Do I have to pay to have it shipped to me again?
If you entered your address incorrectly and your STMT Kit is returned to us, we will need to charge you again for shipping. However, if it is the fault of the post office or dare say our own blunder, you will not be charged.
What do I do if I think I am missing an STMT Kit?
Contact us at email@example.com and let us know. If there are issues with the Post we’ll resend you the kit or item you’re missing.
Goods in my STMT Kit are damaged, can I get a new one?
Given the nature of the lo-fi goods and similar to your favorite pair of jeans, there is love in the imperfections. That said, we'll definitely exchange any damaged kit components for new ones. Make sure you contact us ASAP if you find your goods to be damaged, as kits do sell out. Please specify which item(s) were damaged in transit.
Can I receive a refund if I do not like an STMT Kit?
Our policy is that we do not issue refunds. Once you sign on, you sign on for the month, quarter, or year depending on your selection at time of subscribing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The Something Mighty Collection is non-refundable and you will not be reimbursed for pending kits within your subscription cycle. That said, we're willing to cancel a Quarterly or Yearly Subscription within 24 hours of your order being placed. If this is the case, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org saying you wish to cancel with your name and order number. It would help us out if you include any information about what got you tripped up so we can improve the checkout process.
